one night of LONG LONG sleep.
i guess i have tried to forget at least 1/2 of the unhappiness.
and i mean a LONG LONG sleep.
as i slept from 12am all the way to 4.30pm =x
am i a pig or wad? -.-
waked up already so late.
not much i culd do but watch tv.
all the valuable time had went to sleeping. OWW~
TODAY, i finally had do something towards my slimming goal!
i started doing excerises.
and i made the first step by jogging for 5mins? LOL.
i know its short, but i already started perspiring by den -.-
i even cut down on the amt of food i eat.
my goal is to be 44kg by the band concert!
and dat is around 1mth away.

i really dun wan to have fat legs on dat day.
